Jackson’s Mother

Lisa was my son’s physical therapist when he was a baby. He was developmentally delayed and naturally, I was concerned that he was not reaching his milestones in a timely manner. Lisa eased my worries almost immediately. She was very thorough in her exam and questions to make sure she was getting the whole picture. During her treatment sessions, she was kind and gentle with my son and was very attentive to his needs, allowing him ‘breaks’ if needed but also pushing him to work through the session. She was empathetic towards my situation and my concerns and was really helpful to talk to, both as a therapist but also as a Mother herself.

Lisa provided us with detailed home exercises to complete between sessions and showed me how to complete these exercises hands-on. She was creative in her suggestions and was able to work with the toys and equipment I had within my home. She was a great teacher and truly wanted my son to succeed.

I have had several other therapists since Lisa, and she has since stood out as the most well-rounded and caring therapist we have had. I would recommend her to anyone whose child would benefit from physical therapy.
